ahahah nope. Delay is the time between Soft Resetting, and pressing Continue on the blue screen. It's probably the hardest part of RNGing, because in 4th Gen you had to be within 1/60th of a second. Now it doesn't matter at all.

Timid 252 SAtk / 252 Spd gets you 177 / 179 @L50 with bulk alot like Porygon-Z.
This mon has real potential to be a surprisingly good set-up and status mon with it's ability (allegedly) adding priority to non-attacking moves. If I understand correctly this could mean that (avoiding Fake-Out) you could slap a quick Swagger on their scarfer, set up Tailwind and let your partner immediately use it, throw up a superfast Sub, or even possibly shut your opponents choiced-speed-mon down with a priority torment. There are just so many possibilities here (priorityswagger being an interesting one to abuse :3)

yea, I've been really consumed in real world stuff right now, like starting collage, witch results in the start of a ton of financial problems as well. im sad to say it but i probably wont be back in to poke sort of stuff till b/w comes out in the US.
