Hm, now I tried breeding with a pokeshift ditto (I think this one is american but it shouldn't matter?) and it seams to work so far :O
I haven't tried ditto so far. When I bred Urugamosu I took my female Venomoth and breed x/x/x/30/30/x and x/x/x/30/x/31 male Venonats and worked from there.
