You save the Wi Fi battle on your Battle recorder. It will ask you this at the end of every battle. Then you can re play the battle at anytime. Next you need a good quality video recorder focus it where it is close enough to see your DS or DSi screen without getting blurry. Next reacord the battle onto the camera. Then just create a you tube account and upload the video.
