If you're looking for a breeding project, can you do a 31/0/31/31/31/31 Female Feebas (shiny and not shiny).
Most of the feebas around this place are set up to have HP-Electric (which is generally good), but I'd like a simple Ice beam, Surf, Recover, Toxic Milotic for my team.
