Well... i can't read japanese so I can't help ya there, but I can suggest a few things I've found in that situation.
1) Go to the GL, check your profile page (orange ball) if there's anything in the bottom middle bubble, you've got something asleep. If not, you do not.
2) Wait till after midnight (on your game not real life) and try uploading/downloading again. Midnight is when you can send a new one (even if you sent one and brought it back at 11PM it doesn't matter once the clock strikes 12).
