it's what a bunch of buddies and I would say when people would talk all caps. They were trying to "act" cool by talking like this "OMFG THOSE RNGS WERE AMAZING, HOW CAN YOU DO THEM SO EASILY, HOW DID YOU GET SO MANY?! MAN I WISH I WAS YOU! LUCKY FACE!" things like that xD!

I don't know, I only RNG on my SS cart using Sweet Scent, so I just stand still and use that, I don't know for sure if steps advance your frame.
