YEs i can do it correctly. Beldum's stats are bad because i just wanted a shiny I didn't care about IV's and now I use the IV check code to make sure the rest i make are good and Yes i can do shinies if you really want it.

Syberia made some guides that include the back-up tool. These guides are awesome, easy way to abuse Emerald legends.
I use the GBA back-up tool to put the .SAV file on my Emerald cartridge. The GBA back-up tool is for flashcards.
