Hmmmm...... I can try to help rng capture a pokemon from the wild with zero speed. But I'm not so sure if it's possible to capture pokemon with a complete flawless iv set with no low iv. Because I've learned that a pokemon can only get a complete flawless iv set from breeding. So i haven't learn how to breed yet but if I do, I'll be glad to help. ^^

Well.... I do have some pokemon that I need ev trained. And sure, I can help you rng but I only know how to rng capture. I don't know how to rng bred yet but I plan on learning how to do it soon or later. :)
