Ha yes. But if you hit the same seed, and do the same steps you'll get the same IV/Nature (assuming no moving NPCs etc)
Hey, found out some neat RNG info for B/W. Delay is out. Date/Time/MacAddress is the only thing that determines seed. That means, that you know those awesome IVs you got on that Terakaion (or whatever it's called) If you keept track of the date/time you started your game, you could just set your DS to that and get the same IVs (and probably nature) for whatever mons you want after that!
Are you sure it's not a clone? Cause I am checking IVs just fine with my patched version, with the latest woods firmware. =/
