Or the super easy way, RNG for your seed you want to capture, when you go to sweet scent if you land on the seed you want if you stayed -2 away from target than get your target, than it's +2, if you missed it it's only +1 >.<

Calibration for sweet scent is easy. What you do is have a sweet scent, go to an area without a synch lead. Remember how you calibrated for RNG in the first place using "seed finder" pretty much use that, than when you found the seed, hit the okay button, which will put the seed into the main window of RNG reporter, and than click generate and look for the nature/IV spread that came out.

Do this part only if there are NPCs that are advancing your frame: Once you see where you're at in the seed, sweet scent again without letting the NPCs advance, so say you checked the IV's stay in the part menu.
Now when you go to check the IV's of the next Poke you caught you're going to have to add 6 to whatever frame you had originally than from there you'll see +1 frame or +2.
(The 6 is added cuz that's how many frames are advanced when catching a Pokemon).
