you can look at smogon to know their ev.the standard mix set and stall breaker set.I checked it already

I cannot check Scizor's EVs (It has a special ribbon so I cannot send it to my computer) but it's IVs are 11/26/19/18/16/21. The Regigigas Ivs are 12/19/21/28/30/0 with no Evs.
