Basically, you have the entire second to hit your target second. Pikatimer aims to hit the very start of the second. This means you have to hit it late because if you hit it early, you will hit the 49th second instead of the 50th. Check my sig for a link. The thread has all the improvements on it.

No, you want to land BEFORE your target frame, because then you can advance the frame with 1 via control + n, until you reach target frame.

It's consitant when you run it at 100%.

If your target is at 30 minutes for example, you can speed up to 300%, so you only have to wait 10 minutes, instead of 30.
