Are you using 5th gen enabled RNG reporter? If so, is it available to everyone atm, and where can I get it? I'm running some software of my own atm, but it's not quite up to par with RNG Reporter =p

Very nice. To be clear...are you wanting this one as a BP or are you going to wait for a different Pokemon. My rules are these:

BPs-Require two parents of my choosing (with egg moves). You will get a copy of one of the two that will be just for you (NFT) and then, obviously, you will get a copy of the one that was the BP that you can trade but no one else can. Sometimes one of the two parents may be the very one you wanted as a BP, in that case I will give you a copy of the other and the other will be NFT.

If you are doing the Desumasu as one of the parents that I wanted but not as the BP you wanted then I will find another parent that I need and let you know. But I can still give you a copy of it if you want it, but it will be NFT for you.

Yeah, if it has Nasty Plot then that will work alright.

Yes, I am definitely in need of good parents. But most importantly, the parents need to have the right egg moves. Right now, I am looking for someone to get Nasty Plot on a Desumasu so that I can bred an awesome Desumasu or two.
