Ehh depends. Experiment with spreads you want, then decide. I do Split Nosplit AND Alternate. And I think all 31's is the best you can get so... yeah I'm confident
Oh. For Breeding I use Emerald Alternate.
Put in what you want (in the RNG reporter). Then just take the frame you want and do it. You also need a good ditto. Though bI normally use different frames so I can't help you with that

How are you soft reseting? Ctrl +R? If so, no mine does not. Your problem may be your computer. The save file is a completely different file on your computer btw.

Yes that is what I was going for. The way to RNG breeding is exactly the same as the guide. All you have to do is read the Emerlad guide. It's a LOT easier than DPPt.
