    Well the damage calculator came to this:
    Choice Scarf'd Gengar (did he switch out/attacks after he used Shadow Ball?) vs a SubPunch Breelom. The Shadow Ball would do 75% - 88.6% to that Breloom. 75% is min 88.6% is Maximum. Not barring a Critical hit. Since he did crit. It was guaranteed. So yes, Gengar using a shadow ball at Timid 252 Ev's in SpAtk with Crit does ohko standard subpunch breelom.

    Well, it's rather hard to tell with what you've given me. No stats. No items. No Ev's. No nature. I can't just say it right off the bat. But to be honest I'm not entirely sure. I'm sure it would be possible.

    The metagame is touchy. I used quotations for a reason. While it is technically available over wi-fi battles, the accepted rule about items that boost critical hits or reduce evasion is that they're not to be used. It's part of the item clause. I'm not sure how familiar you are with competitive battling (PO, Shoddy, Wi-Fi, etc.) but I would assume since brightpowder and scope lens are currently "banned items" that razor claw would be as well. However, I can still train the Kingdra you gave me if you'd like.
    It doesn't have sniper but to my knowledge razor claw is a "banned item" in the current metagame... because scope lens is a banned item (it's considered hax).
    Hey ray, I just have a question for you. I'll EV train the Horsea you gave me, but if you want you can just have the Rash Kingdra in my trade thread. It's fully EV trained at 208 Atk | 136 SpA | 164 Spe. Look at the Rain Dance mixed attacker set for more info. I'm asking because this would save me time, otherwise I'll train the one you gave me.

    Yeah, I started with Red and Blue too. But, I skipped all of the following Generations (I didn't even know Pokemon was still around) up until Diamond and Pearl. My Xbox had the red ring of death during my school's Fall break, so my room mate and I had to find another way to pass the time. :P
    Oh yeah, no problem. I like to think that I've gotten pretty good at EV training. I've done it so much, I should be pretty good by now. lol

    Sorry that it took so long to get the trade to go through. My wifi sucks and it wouldn't let me back on for a little while after that disconnect.

    Same for me, I double checked to make sure and didn't see you at all. My connection was fine as well. It might have been wifi because I was having trouble with someone else just before you as well.
