The person I got it from said it was full for me semi for who I traded it to.

sorry. when you said international I did not know if you meant japan, korea or what. What would you like for that japanese ditto? Anything I got I would trade for it.
Is it good for breeding? I needed a flawless foriegn ditto to give me better chances at breeding a shiny. Since I do not rng this is my best option. I have already hatched around 180 eggs the past 24 hrs.
