Alright, that makes sense: all of it. Yes, codes affect your delays and having more or less of them will make it vary even more; my calibrated delay with AR is 490, but when I went to see my delay without AR; it turned out to be around 700. In addition to this, higher target delays of 1000, 3000, 5000, 7000, etc., when input into Pikatimer, are actually different from trying to hit low delays around 600-1000. Pikatimer's calculations are somewhat off for higher target delays; the higher the target delay, the more you have to add to the "Wanted Delay" box. For instance: at a target delay of 2382 I had to add 8 more points to the "Wanted Delay" box in Pikatimer in order to compensate so that I can hit that target delay in-game. At a target delay of 7648 I had to add 20 more points to the "Wanted Delay" box in in Pikatimer. These may be the reasons why your delays are way off; you should have the range of seconds in "Seed to Time" as +/- 3 as well to be sure.
