Alan I don't think screen time should be an issue here, what Ho-oh symbolizes is what's important.

that wasnt a movie mop. god. its a 30 minute snippet of a collection of 30 minute snippets (really like 21 minutes or so, but with cmmercials they become 30 minutes). and ho-oh was only there for like 10 seconds, TOPS. even the keygrip gets more time in movie credits. DOESNT COUNT.

I'm agreeing with Alan's original VM. You are a fucking moron. Pressure, 416 HP, Reflect, Light Screen, and Roost off of Base 110 Speed (which removes 3 of its weaknesses.) It also has Calm Mind and phazing moves. Slow Stone Edge users have a hard time getting past it, as he can roost off the damage.

To sum it up: Lugia's support options are AMAZING.

As far as Ho-oh, are you INSANE? STAB Brave Bird off of 130 Base Attack, a move that burns you half the time, and 154 Base SpDef? Only Deoxys-D surpasses that - with no investment and a neutral nature, Ho-oh hits 344 SpDef.
