As for a place to EV train..anywhere could work but...only certain pokemon give you certain EV points depends on what your trying to EV train in..

That looks like a good party...just make sure they know the right moves and right nature and EVs other wise...they become useless if you mess up a move or stat!

Your Straptor would kill any Swellow..so stick with it..
If your gonna use Rhyperior It MUST know Rock Polish..otherwise hell die before he can do anything..
Wailord..meh..its ok could find something better tho
Aggron is also slow I would pick between Aggron or Rhyperior
Crobats are good very fast a good choice.. but be careful with Stealth Rock
Camperupt is powerful but slow and has common weakness..
Alot of the ones you picked are very powerful....but there slow :|
Thye would get taken out before they could show off there power..
An Empoleon with Earthquake, Surf, Ice Beam and something else could almost single handily take this party out... :|
The Crobat is not a bad idea and a Rock Polish Rhyperior would be very nice to!
