Also, they don't need to show the other person what their moves/ivs/nature/item are. Just what Pokemon they choose.
Ever heard of the Poker game called Omaha? It's kinda like that.
Basically you submit a pool of 6 pokemon before round 1. Every round I randomly choose 6 community pokemon. You need to make a team using 3 of your pool of pokemon and 3 of the community pokemon.
Person A picks a pokemon for their team and tells person B what it is.
Person B picks 2 pokemon and tells person A what they picked.
Person A picks 2 Pokemon. ect.
