If you downloaded them, and finished the mission, you'll be able to send the Wondercard of these to your main Pokemon games. You can only send one Wondercard of a Pokemon per a single Pokemon game. Example is that if you send the Wondercard of Shaymin to your Platinum, you can't send it again on the same game and you should send it again on your other Pokemon games instead. :)
It has approximately 300 EVs right now. I can't finish it until a week from now or so because of exams. Sorry!
