    Seriously, some of the banned and blacklisted deucers may still have access to Smogon, as what I've noticed sometimes in the "Last 10 Recent Visitors" part of our account...and some of them will still try to get some petty revenge by making spam VMs.
    BTW, I recently am getting spam VMs from "benDOVER" & "Digimon Demon" (which I deleted). I suggest you will also be suspicious of them.

    "Illegally created" only includes stuff that was created/edited by AR/Pokesav, and AR Clones don't fall under "illegally created", correct? I know they are legit, I just want to be 100% sure AR Clones of Legit pokemon don't fall somewhere under "illegally created"(as in, I don't have to mention AR Clones of Legit pokemon in the footer).

    And I never have to mention legal hacks that other players used that I traded with, right(if said hacks had no involvement in the Pokemon I got from them)?

    Sorry if it sounds like I'm repeating the questions somewhat, I just want to be 100% clear on things. Thanks for your answers. =)

    Small question: If I use a Pokemon that was obtained legit and all, but was cloned via AR(got the Pokemon from a trade thread), do I have to mention if one of my Pokemon is a Legit Pokemon that was cloned via AR(in say Battle requests)?

    And do I ever have to mention the "Legal Hacks" the person who I traded with if I ever used the Pokemon I got from them if it is a legal Pokemon?

    I'm bored lately, so I'm exploring the WiFi Blacklist thread. ^_^
    I'm just curious...about how will you know if somebody is, if it happens, doing false accusations on somebody, on things such as DCing, hacks, illegal stuff, etc...or how to spot thieves and liars not worthy to be on Smogon.
