Um, my Hasty Elekid is a wild RNGed caught one without Cross Chop, which sucks. (It has HP Grass 70 I think.) I have a Mild HP Ice one though, but that's mostly for Electivire, not Electabuzz. Could still work if it's for breaking walls, like what this Electabuzz is trying to do anyway. I'll give both anyway.
Butterfree is a yes though. I'll give the EVed version since it's really not much of a difference in all sets. 252/252 yeah.
