I'm pretty sure that the longstanding arrangement is that if they don't answer within a week (or let's say 5 days if you can't wait that long) then you can take it over. If you do decide to do so, however, make sure you PM a moderator to ask them to lock the other analyses so they don't clutter up the forum.

As for GP checks, 'technically' we aren't supposed to be doing them yet, since there is essentially no organisation and there isn't even a place for them to go on-site yet, so even if they were checked they'd still be stuck there for the next few months, at least. Some GP team members will do checks if you ask them, though I'll tend to shy away from it. Since you've already asked, I'll try to check it when I can, but I'm a bit busy right now so it may have to wait.
