These kind of things need to be posted in the Emerald RNG abuse thread. :/ I've read it several times over; it really should be there.
Emerald shiny CPs would require an RNG abused ID/SID combo. As far as I know, there's no way to do that.

Well, I would be willing to leave the game on for long periods of time. . . however, I'm unable to find a decent spread. If I simply knew the frame for a spread, I would do it.
Well, there's no seeds in Emerald. The starting seed is always 0. And here's some decent spreads with reasonable times: link.
Emerald is more for BPs than anything, but if you're interested in any of those spreads I'll use one.
Unfortunately, due to the limitations of Emerald's RNG (there's no seeds; only frames) I'm fairly certain that won't be possible. Not even a 31/x/31/31/31/x spread would be possible. I can go for high IVs, but 4th gen would probably be better.

I am, however, researching into it. If I find anything (and get good shiny spreads) I'll let you know.
The flawless modest and timid shiny spreads are for SS only. I can't catch a flawless shiny Mew in 3rd gen, as I don't have the ID/SID combo in there. Sorry.
