Yeah, the quiet jigglypuff, I'm incapable of doing a non-shiny RNG nature, despite the advice given in the rng help thread (random ID/SID combos/ticking the HGSS international parents box and not using them), neither has worked so either,
a. allow me to make the quiet jigglypuff shiny.
b. wait a while to let me try and figure this out.
c. pick up the adamant shiny jigglypuff and find someone else to do the non-shiny quiet one.
Sorry about this, I really tried to get the nature right ><, just didn't work.
