You can't use AR on 3rd Gen games. I RNG on the actual emerald cart, and happen to have a gameshark gba. I can use that for masterballs if I need them. I have AR for DS on my 4th Gen games. Fact is, its extremely hard to RNG 3rd Gen capture projects, otherwise I would. Frames go by at 60 per second, plus other factors come in when you're catching stuff . . . I'd rather not even get into it.
Great, shiny wasn't a must, but its certainly nice. I won't be getting a 3rd Gen Mew though, no way I'm getting into the 3rd gen near impossible captures xD

My status in regard to EV trainers is something I need to check. I've been to busy with school for any pokemon in the past 2 weeks or so (back now). I would be interested in the Emp though. Just post all its info in my thread (IVs, nature, etc.) and say what you would want.
