Well, it was funny at least :3. + It's not like your pitch was off, just there wasn't much range, but it's jigglypuff, so it's not meant to have much anyway. And it was better than my rap of it at any rate.
I must say, that was a beautiful rendition of the Jigglypuff song, bravo. The recovering cold could not even be noticed!

Ah... "Trick Room" likes Quiet - I keep forgetting.
If you were doing RNG-hatching, I'd ask you to do a Weatherball HP Ice Sunnyday Bellsprout.
Since you're catching, though, the goal should be to catch "atypical" pokemon (in HP spreads, or just rarely used pokemon). Oh, and I guess to catch them with fancy pokeballs... since bred pokes can't be in special pokeballs.
I've always liked Krabby (and Beedrill) - I'm just disappointed they're bad pokemon. Of course, if WOTC gave them some better movepools, they might rise a few tiers.

Don't do quiet - quiet is one of those "do nothing" natures, right?
To avoid all of the "been there, done that", you really do need to catch someone who is fairly awesome, or even just fairly rare, with a fairly nice HP.
HP Ground Ponyta? HP Ice Marowack HP Grass Krabby? These are the things people don't have, but are kind of cool.

I wouldn't worry about the start lag thing. Just let it run all the way through once and then it should be fine. I guess it must not clear a place for certain things the first time.
And that mulitple frames with the same sequence is what I was talking about with the false positives.
