To get the save, you have to export back up memory.
I would go with Pokegen. (Beta release) Just load up the save and you can extract pkm files.
What specifically you need help on? Well for starters download desmume. (to see seeds)

that's cool, and i already pre-orderd both, and i guess emonga can be used for Electra ball, and i have something on my i-pod that let's be play emerald and all that, i dont know how, i just forgot, its the reason i jail-broke my i-pod lol.

and yes, emonga has some good skills, i sure hope it doesnt become the new plusle/minun, but thats unlikely.
