Are you still in need of EV training :), Im leaving to a hockey game in 40 or so minutes but I can take some to train when I get home since im taking a break off RNG breeding to train some stuff including the Latios and Medicham right now anyways. I can give you trained copies of Torterra and Growlithe aswell so no one else has to train them.
because the IVs...im looking for 30 IVs ditto..i do like breed HP pokemon such a charmander HP grass 70 30/30/31/30/31/31.....if i use flawless ditto i cant find HP grass 70 around years 2010 -2015 ...

not really as the people who I have trained for have yet to pick up their Pokemon, though I have had their EVs checked and confirmed that they were EV trained properly.
You said you need some EV Trainers, I'd be willing to train a few Pokemon for you.
unfortunately not, but im looking for a step up from someone, you know? if you would rather not risk it, thats fair. but i will give you collateral (i have a home grown ev/ivd alakazam that took three days to get) if it would convince you.
