The victreebell still has alot of outlining faults: you have to use the outlining of that color (your victreebell still has green outlining I think)
Well you can make a thread with any sort of visual art. But if it only has sprites, trainer cards, banners, or avatars then you have to post it in one of the sticky threads.
I don't understand you exactly. Are you asking what kinds of threads you are allowed or not allowed to post?

Yes that the plan for the most part, but because, for example a non-shiny corsola is pink and the shiny is blue, I will make the boy shiny and the girl non shiny.
only the boy corsola is missing
all pokemon is semi redi unless stated (below each pokemon name, I stated rather they were redi, semi-redi, full-redi, or non redi) and corsola is full redi because it not a part of any of my team
