I experimented RNG Reporter 8.40 a little, and concerning B/W, there's that first 10 IVs thing, but I don't know what it mean...
And can you also manipulate your ID no? Even if CP is easy, just that you want your own ID no...
What channels did you keep? I haven't seen the B/W anime yet, but I heard it's very good.

IVs: As close to perfect as you can while getting HP Ice 70. I'd also prefer the smallest attack possible for HP Ice 70... if it doesn't interfere w/ speed.
Hidden Power Type?: Ice 70.
Egg Moves: HG/SS Weatherball, Sunny day?
