    Wow, someone has one! If it's not Adamant, I just got an Adamant ditto with 31 IVs in Atk and Spe, while if it's not female but adamant, again, I have the ditto. Is there anything specific you need, because I only have a bunch of Hippoptas', Skarmorys, and Trapinchs, while I can give you Pokerus.

    sorry to dissapoint, but flawless IV's on a wishbliss is cloce to imposible, as it was given out once, and cannot be RNG'd. although there is only one semi-decent one on smogon, it is calm and does not have S.Toss. thb, if you want that kinda bliss you NEED to hack :/, i can typut it any other way.
    Ahh! Im sorry my man, the Chansey I have only knows SToss and not Wish. I was thinking of my Cleffa (Both which have perfect IVs). It also knows Body Slam, Counter and Soft Boiled. Don't know if your still interested but let me know.
