    Ungulateman hasn't updated this battle in about a week. Is there any way we can get a new referee (the DQ was only 3 days and I'd like to get that battle over with).

    And I was also wondering when you are thinking of actually implementing the RP portion of ASB (no rush). I'm just curious as to when you plan on doing so.

    The only battle Beldum is out in, its about to die. The other 2 I haven;t sent it out yet, so I don't think there will be any complaits.

Please tell me if you wish for me to do so.
    In ASB does Night Shade still do no damage to Normals? I ruled that it didn't since it hadn't in the cartridge games since Gen 2 but one of my players contested it because it "is not affected by typing". I figured this just meant it won't be SE against other ghosts or anything, but you know the game better than I.

    Got it. It's just when I watch some of the other matches going, they click right along. The two day wait has been one of the longest I've seen so far, and we don't exactly have anything to judge "long" on anyways yet. I wasn't sure exactly where the line was drawn.

    So I have two questions:

    1) What happens when a ref hasn't posted in a battle thread for more than two days now, which is past the dq time? I realize people can get busy, but it's really frustrating to have a three match limit then have one match drag on for forever because the ref is only posting once a day and a half or so, detracting from getting other possible points.

    2) And sort of related, since Engineer Pikachu is going out of town and one of my matches is basically at a standstill, would it be possible for me to start a fourth, but short, match? I understand a no exceptions policy, but I want to be a wee bit more active.

    You told me to VM you when I chose a power and type for Burmy in the ASB. I have decided upon [Water] for the type, and 7 for the base damage, resulting in an energy cost of 5. I have updated my post to reflect these decisions. Thank you.

    Huh. I like the synergy Houndour and Gastly have.

    Running a Fighting-type would give me a rock-resist, in addition to killing Steel-types, though. And they aren't weak to ground.

    Er, it's possible to turn a KO counter into a Trainer Counter, right?

    'cause then I'd have enough to buy something cool after I lose one of the fights I'm doing.
