IDK favorite Pokemon maybe? Just a recommendation you might want to get your SID and do shininess first, for that one is easier (and less error prone) to get than good IVs. Also must be something you have good IV'd parents for.
That's the norm for HGSS games. On DPP it will be different.
On the other hand, I think you should try breeding something. Only when you complete it can I be certain you are ready to go out and face the world of Wifi.

It's not THAT bad, but it just means you can't run offensive 'cune with it, crocune is still viable (resttalk/cm/surf). Good job on the breed though.

That's fine, you can show him ANY togepi, I did the same thing, lol. Just breed a new random togepi and bring it to elm, make sure it is the first in your party.
Irwin is a bit iffy imo, there's a certain event that renders his calls worthless, if you need a pokerus for the elm calls then I can give you something, otherwise if it's just Kanto / Togepi just go do it, lol.
I came nowhere near getting banned, if anything, he's getting himself banned. If you head over to the BL thread you can see the whole shenanigan. About your own RNG, if you encounter any problems you can just VM me, I'm here to help.
