Yes thats correct, And what I did last night my Timid spread I used to catch my Butterfree only gives me night times aswell advances my frame 2 before my target and left my DS on the pokegear and charger on till I woke up. When I woke up I left the Pokegear and used sweet scent and got my Pokemon.

Now go back to RNG reporter and look at those frames and calculate the encounter slots till you find a frame that has the encounter number that the website says. After that RNG normally by going to the seed to times to find a date etc. Remember some Pokemon only come out at night&day so if the RNG reporter gives you a date in the day time and you want to catch a Pokemon at night advance your frame 2 away from your target frame and leave your DS on the Pokegear for a few hours so you can catch it later :)

Also you need a sweet scenter and a synchronizer to catch wild Pokemon.

Sweet scenting in Grass & Caves advances the RNG by 2
Sweet Scenting in Water advances the RNG by 3
Using a fishing rod advances the RNG by 4

You add that seed to the RNG reporter main window and put the nature to jolly and synch to jolly and press generate. At frame 114 it should have that spread now scroll down and you should find more frames that have that same spread. Right click and press calculate encounter slots and it should have a few links to HG,SS,Dppt games and press whatever game your using. You should come to a website that has a list of encounter slots at different regions. Find the place where your going to catch Pidgey (Viridian Forest for example) I will do the rest on my next VM.
