Okay, by the looks of it, the Charm drop at -2 applied to the first two, which decreases the total damage by 4. Then the last one was when Jorm was at -1, hence the 28 damage. Therefore, Happiny should still have 1 HP left.
...Well, crap.
I accounted for Charm, but if I remember correctly the drop had worn off to -1 Attack. I'll check one more time and get back to you.

It's going to take much more than DC = 5 (EC = 5 + 2 MC for Rock Blast / Bullet Seed). I hope it's worth the investment, though.

Yes, Keasbey is paralysed. I just forgot to make a note of it in the "other" field.
1 or 2 Day DQ times are flat out laughable. It takes a lot more to ref than it does to issue commands for a given battle, and the recommended time for a DQ Period in the thread itself is 3-7 Days. Just be patient. If it goes past 4 or 5 days then try VMing someone to sub. The most DE-motivational thing you can do a ref is nag them. They just get angry at you. As far as Engineer Pikachu, if everybody knows and he VMs everyone, you can oppose a suspension of the battle but it isn't really good manners.
You need to reply to your battle with Engineer Pikachu, BTW. He's posted his next actions.
