Lol. Well I mean it depends. If LeadTomb with Trick has been working wonders for you, then by all means you can keep it there or you can still use him but have Mesprit/Uxie for lead. Also keeping SR on Miltank might be beneficial incase the opponent spins off rocks and you need rocks to get the necessary KO'es and build up residual damage.

I don't mind having a UU match. I'd like to make up a team and work Miltank in their somewhere as well because she's just super awesome to have on any team xD. But for now I can use one of my already made teams to battle you with if you'd like =]

Ok so my frame 148 has the IV spread and the encounter code showed on the website. So I need to advance to 146 and then use sweet scent?

Hmmm. Well Why not Mesprit/Uxie/Absol?
Mesprit can deal loads of Damage with Stab Psychic, get up Rocks, and U-turn out plus use Grass Knot as filler.
Same thing with Uxie. But the difference between the two of them is Uxie's Bulk and Speed over Mesprit's Offensive capabilities.
Absol as a Sash Lead can work wonders at times but it's main purpose it to catch the pixies used as leads and/or Lead Kazam.
They all have the ability to break a sash and/or cause a switch but the 1st two are able to take a hit and deal damage plus get rocks up so you won't have to rely on miltank to do it along with using heal bell and milk drink.
Alakazam makes a good anti-lead as well since he can also prevent set-up and deal damage but must be weary of Spiritomb much like the pixies.

There's many to choose from but the top 3 IMO are Mesprit/Uxie/Alakazam. =]

Ok basically I just want to catch a Shiny Pidgey just so I can learn how to do other wild pokemon. I'm gonna use this spread:

PID: 7F3F6DD1 (Jolly, ability 1), IVs: 31/28/27/8/31/31, seed: 12030A4F, delay: 2628 (year: 2011), method 1: 141, K (synch): 114, K (no synch): 136, HP: Grass 58

I know if it were a legend you would hit your seed, and advance to 135 without a synch. But how would it work for wild pokemon? How do you make sure you'll encounter a Pidgey?
