    Yeah, I I looked at what Emily posted, and that is exactly what it is.
    Hex decimal is very easy to understand. "6969" makes the highest number possible for nbers, which is 990 or 999 for items, etc.
    Oh, and I think I know about howbto convert the 16 bit - to 32 bit thing. I have some experiance with creating codes to know how to mess with hex numbers, etc
    A novelty Special attacking set would be fun. But like I said, it combines 2 famous memes.

    Look for one. They sometimes swarm in Route 222 in D/P/Pt. The reason why it's called HSOWA is because the smallest Hoenn Pokemon (Skitty) can breed with the biggest Pokemon ever (Wailord).
