I'm Going to use the Wings As Well as the Vitamins Just So you Know (Which Means it Won't need Leveled Up :D)
Wings can be considered a less powerful version of vitamins; unlike the latter, however, they are not subject to the 100 EV cap. Like vitamins, they are consumed after use. Each one gives a Pokémon one effort value (EV) point in a particular stat

That's fine. The EVing on its own levels it up partly anyways. I can do it by today or tomorrow. If I had to evolve it on like 65 then it would be different.
lol umm ok. It's at lv one though and it dosen't evolve until lv 39...
Most likely today or tomorrow. Depends how much I have to level it up as I can't hack for rare candies and only have 9 legitly obtained.
Well I can EV train quite fast in both generations, but I'm not sure how fast I'll be able to return it to you as I can't be on my comp the whole day on Sundays. I can't clone sadly. -
