A pokemon player is supposed to try to get their own pokemon and try to rng abuse their pokemon. But having an abundance of super rare good iv'd pokemon and learning how to rng abuse is not what makes you a true pokemon player.
What makes you a true pokemon player is the player's heart and spirit, playing with honor and respect, how much you love pokemon, having concern for other players, and playing pokemon for fun and for good sportsmanship. :)

I really don't know. I haven't had the time to learn how to rng abuse on the 5th gen. yet because of the amount of homework that I'm getting from school. I was going to start continuing to learn how during spring break, but I'm very busy at college.
And yeah, I saw the news about what happened in Japan. I was thinking about going to live in japan again since I want to be a japanese animator and work in one of the japanese animation companies when I graduate college, but I'm not so sure if I feel safe living there after what just happened. :'(

Let's just say I used to live in japan.
When you finally managed to rng abuse on the both 4th and 5th gen. game, maybe you can try doing rng capture/breeding projects for me and other players on smogon.
That will get you to earn a good reputation here on smogon. :)
