    Not really.. Shaymin has some other good sets without HP Ice/Fire, though those are nice to have. At least it gets max speed which it wouldn't with HP Fire, right? :D

    Rain Dish seems like it could be interesting alongside Leftovers and perhaps Aqua Ring (I don't believe Ludicolo gets this, though), but you really don't have that many turns to waste in the rain. So yeah, Swift Swim is the superior ability by far, but perhaps you can think of a niche set to utilize Rain Dish.

    Yeah, you see. The winner and the one the winner selects (in your case, Shawk1), gets rights to pass rights (Complicated, hum?) I'll show you an example I've posted on the giveaway thread:
    Z is a Winner
    X gets Lugia from Z, X can redis the poke.
    Y gets Lugia from X, Y cannot redis.

    In your case, Shawk would also be a Z, and Dragon FE would be a X.
