Lillipup is smart, Joltik is the smallest Pokemon ever and Rufflet can kick butt while still remaning cute at the same time. Oh I forgot about Whimsicott. It's so cute yet it's so annoying.
IMO, the more cuter B/W Pokemon are Lillipup, Joltik and Rufflet.
