Follow everything for that guide. Everything you need to know is in there, if you follow everything, it should take you about 30 minutes to understand but if you read thoroughly. No, you just need to attach an everstone to chansey. I'll need your e-mail for that :p via PM please.
You'll need to either catch a bold/calm chansey on fr/lg and catch a male roselia on R/S or... ask for someone to send those two pokes via e-mail as .dmp files and load them into your save file. I can help you with the latter ;D
