I didn't realize what VMs were because I'm new to Smogon, sorry! I sent you a PM, but this contains a copypasta of that for recordkeeping from the tournament director's side.

Hey! It's only the first day of Round 1, and we have two weeks, but my schedule is annoying, so I figured I should contact you ASAP! I have 3 tests this week and am starting a group project on Friday that is due next Thursday, so... there are not a wondrous amount of times I will be available. I will absolutely not be available until Saturday, but if you can tell me every single time frame that you will be available between Saturday and April 24 [inclusive], then I am sure we can work something out! This weekend is also a 4-day weekend for my university, so it would definitely be an ideal time for all of this to occur.

If your schedule is equally tight, then please inform me of this and we will have to try harder to work something out.
