    1. What are the Full EV spreads?
    2. What level restriction is there?
    3. What payment is there to be received? 3-1? 1-1? Copy?
    4. Are these your Pokemon?
    5. When can you trade?
    If the Pokemon have the same spreads, I can do them.
    If you don't care about moves or can do them yourself, I can do them.
    If the Pokemon need to evolve, I can do them.
    If it is for 5th gen...I speak no further.
    If it is for 4th gen...I speak now, but will be gone generally all day today.

    No server or anything, it's all done over wifi. Of course, Gamefreak in their divine "wisdom" decided to omit the part of wifi battling where your Pokemon are auto-level'd to 100 in Black/White. So, in my case, I went and asked someone to level up my Pokemon for me via rare candies. I'm aware though that most people on that thread use legal hacks.
    Hi, I've contributed to writing the guides for Gen 5, but it's up to OmegaDonut when this will be released. Likely both will be posted on the Gen 5 help thread when the next version of RNG Reporter is ready. In the meantime, the first post has sufficient information to use C-gear, which is very similar to doing Gen 4 RNG. The only difference is that you start the second timer at the DS menu screen by turning on the Pokemon game and the second timer ends when you turn on the C-Gear.

    Also, as a note, that Cleffa is Bold with 29/31/15/25/31/31. Spitback because of the Defense, and it also has Cute Charm, lol.
