Great! That'll make things easier. But, 70 is above the 40-60 range, are you 100% sure? If so, now you have to do a test run. 760-70=690. Then, 690/2=345. When you do 345 turns, you'll overshoot your Shiny PID frame, so my guess is to do 3% less. 345-3%=335. So try doing 335 turns, and see where you get. Think you have to adjust the amount of turns though, but the first run is just a test run. :)

Don't forget then you don't need your syncher in front when finding your starting frame. Just to make it easier to find.
Pretty easy there, with no NPC's. And if you do a test run to see how many turns/chatters you have to make, you can have yourself a Shiny Roggenrola or Shiny Woobat :P
That just needs some practice :P I can do 1500 flawless turns now xD
But OK, now try finding your starting frame in Wellspring Cave. :) Should be around 40-60. Let me know when you got that.
Turning in place advances the PID frame with 2 every time. What's your exact shiny PID frame?

Oh and, for finding your starting frame, I can recommend trying this in Wellspring cave. Also, the amount of turns/chatters might not be exact Shiny PID - Starting PID, it's like 3 or 4% lower. So lets say your Shiny PID frame is 736, and your starting PID is 56, you have to do: 736-56=680 680/2=340 340-3%=327 turns.
Record something with chatter, that'll enable you to advance the PIDRNG.

Starting frame will be the same for every Pokémon you want to capture with 1 spread.
So for finding your starting frame when you are at Cobalion, capture it when you hit your second without PID advancements, second time, you save once before you capture it, and the third time, you make just 1 turn (so face left before you hit your second, then get ingame, turn towards Cobalion)
Nope, first you have to do Cobalion. Which is much easier by the way, since you can make turns there. 1 turn = 2x Chatter. So at Cobalion, you have to do like 350 turns in stead of 700 Chatters ^^

Alright. Well, save in front of Virizion. Then, hit your second, and capture it right away. Make sure you DON'T have a syncher in front, to make it easier to find your starting frame. Capture it 3 times, the first time, you don't do any PID Frame advancements, the second time, you use Chatter Once, and for the last one you use Chatter Twice. If you did it right, you got the right IV spread 3 times in a row, with 3 different natures. Find the nature of your first attempt, it should be around PID frame 40-60. Then check if the second and third match as well, and viola, you just found yourself your starting frame. :)
But, doing more then 700 Chatter's is pretty much, though
