swift swim and rain is banned because of the double speed increase. However, sun chlorophly, and sand sand rush are not banned and are the same thing as swift swin. Hail would get wrecked on by my jirachi

You actually make a very valid point there. HP ice becomes a much better option when you think about chomp(opposing landorus, etc). But it's gonna be hard finding one with HP ice xD
HP ice would be a interesting choice. But what I'm wondering is how much HP ice would do with a hindering nature on a 252 HP / 252 Def Gliscor. Might be a 2HKO.
Well the problem is that his movepool gets somewhat bare after that.
