To answer your question in the SQ/SR thread, yes; Korean versions of Black and White can battle all other-languaged versions (Saw a battle video) and can trade with all other-languaged versions (I traded with someone from South Korea yesterday, sadly I couldn't convince them to trade me their Korean Drifblim which I wanted).
