It's a timid suicune (non shiny) with HP electric. I need it to have 252 sp.attack/252 Spe/4 Sp.Def levelled to 80 knowing Hydro pump, calm mind, hidden power, ice beam.
I'd prefer it be level 50. It needs the TM moves: hidden power, thunderbolt, shadow ball, and calm mind. Would you be able to pp max it? I can trade right now.
It's not a gamestop raikou but it is shiny (and captured in a repeat ball)
